Discover how the investment works, what it offers, and the key information every prospective investor should know before getting started.
A direct listing is a method by which a company makes its shares available to investors prior to – and in preparation for – its formal listing on a public stock exchange. Unlike a traditional IPO, a direct listing allows a broader range of investors to participate ahead of the public market opening.
For CONR Technologies Corporation, the direct listing serves a dual purpose: it raises the capital needed to scale the contex/Mesh technology globally and reach listing readiness, and it creates a community of informed early investors who have a stake in the company’s success long before the wider market has the opportunity to participate.
When the NASDAQ listing occurs, your pre-listing shares convert into publicly traded shares – listed, liquid, and independently valued by the open market. The difference between what you paid during the pre-listing stages and the opening market price represents your early-entry position.
The pre-listing raise is structured across 5 stages. Each stage offers shares at a fixed price. When a stage closes, the price rises permanently. Stage 1 – the lowest entry point – is open now at $0.10 per share. That is ten cents per share. The minimum investment is $50 – 500 shares.
Stage close dates are indicative and subject to change. A stage may close early if fully subscribed. Price increases are permanent – a closed stage cannot be re-opened.
